HG Stays was founded by Helia, a former solicitor who brought her professionalism, attention to detail and client-first approach into the world of short-term letting.
What began as managing her father's property on Airbnb quickly became something much bigger. By focusing on exceptional guest experiences, clear communication and meticulous property care, Helia achieved Airbnb Superhost status and built a reputation for delivering consistently outstanding results.
That reputation soon led to opportunities beyond family and friends. After joining Airbnb's Co-host community, property owners began reaching out for support with managing their own homes. As word spread, HG Stays grew through referrals and recommendations—something we're incredibly proud of and a reflection of the trust our clients place in us.
Within three years, we had expanded our portfolio to more than 25 properties, with five recognised by Airbnb as Guest Favourite homes. Every property has helped shape the way we work today, refining the systems, processes and hands-on service that allow us to deliver exceptional experiences for both owners and guests.
